In his solo show, Terra Incognita, Tomer Sapir shows organic-like configurations that blur the borderline between the sizzling present and the pre-historic past. Terra incognita ("unknown land") is a term used in cartography for regions that have not been mapped or documented. Sapir's sculptures exist in a grey area and reveal tensions between history, mythology and fiction.
